Whilst many of us automatically think about cheating in a context, it can also refer to cheating in various ways.
The claim that cheaters will never change may sound extreme, but when you read about this discovery, it will make a lot of sense. And don’t worry, it describes a type of cheater.
Have you ever cheated on a test? Or maybe, more innocently, replicated a friend’s assignments at school? The severity of the offense doesn’t matter, based on science, it’s all the same.
What’s more, is that a study in the Archives of Sexual Behaviour demonstrated that when someone has cheated on a spouse in the past, shockingly, they’re 3 times more likely to perform it again later on.
People have cheated at least once. But what creates an authentic cheater — and also yet one who’s very likely to do it again later on — is how they felt afterward. Therefore there’s no need to familiarize yourself just yet.
